Sesame oil (SESAM); vitamin B12 (as Hydroxocobalamin); silica.

Dosage

1 drop in each nostril every day for 2 weeks in the morning. Maintenance dose: Squeeze twice a week, one drop into each nostril, unless otherwise advised.

Required average (EFSA)	4 µg/d; no upper limit
